5 Movellas to Read this Spring!

5 Movellas to Read this Spring

Searching for a good read this season? Look no further.

"Spring is nature's way of saying let's party." ~Robin Williams

The air is so fresh these days and life seems to be renewed. Birds have come back to sing us the sweetest of melodies. That, and the new green grass feels like a soft carpet beneath our (be them metaphorical) feet. Anyone else love springtime as much as we do? We've done a little research and have found 5 phenomenal recommendations to add to your spring reading list.

1. Love in the Dark

by Hannahdaptor

Girl next door starts a relationship with a famous person. A well known plot, but this story is indead worth reading, especially for those of you who love a brilliant celebrity romance.

"(...) He really had his own magnetic field, the centre of the Earth, pulling everything and everyone he came across into his orbit."

2. Solonistic Love

by Lavern L.C.

This movella is also a little love story, but it has a lot more action, adventure, and other cool futuristic stuff in it. Believe us when we say that "Solonistic Love" deserves to be read.

"Zachary and I lived in a harsh world. After the Time War II, everything was different..."

3. Heart

by The Force of Storms

This story is beautiful and it's impossible not to empathize with the characters the author acquaints you with.

"Love is a language that can be heard by the deaf

And seen by the blind."

4. Behind the Pearls

by Enya Sanders

A historical fiction from the 1800's - what's not to like? This (short) story is perfect for a break in a park where you just want to spend a little time under a tree, imagining how your life would be in the Victorian Age...

"Status brings attention, which brings attraction, which brings marriages and proposals. Simple as that."

5. Do you remember

by mybestfriendisapenguin.xx

Unfortunately poetry is a genre that doesn't always get the appreciation it deserves. That's too bad, because poetry really is good for the soul. We love that entire stories can be told in such a few lines. This poem is a good example of that and is about friendship.

Which story would you recommend the rest of Movellas read this Spring & why?
